• Train and oversee cashiers
• Understand product placement at the store
• Ensure accurate drawer reconciliation at the end of each shift
• Serve as backup for any cashiers calling out
• Qualifications for Head Cashier
• Graduate of Business Administration major in Financial Management.
• At least 1 year previous experience as a Cashier or any field.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Keen ability to multitask.
• Must demonstrate a friendly and courteous attitude.
• On-time with reliable transportation.
• Willingness to train and mentor others.
• Experience reconciling registers.
• Superior customer service skills.
