Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the department.
Monitor billing and collection.
Coordinate inquiries and and requests.
Assist potential tenants.
Maintain and arrange files in order.
Answer phone calls and emails
Encode and maintain data into the system
Answers querries from clients or buyers
Other clerical tasks as needed
Qualifications
Graduate of any four-year course, preferably Property Management
Willing to be assigned in Cavite
Willing to render overtime
