We’re looking for a Marketing Data Analyst to support our referral program reporting, fraud detection, and marketing insights.

Salary Range :   PHP 80,000 - 90,000 per month Note : Rate / Salary will depend on your current competencies matched to the position’s job description and requirements based on the assessment results.

Fraud Detection : Identify fraudulent referrers and flag anomalies.

Milestone Tracking : Monitor and report when referrers hit key milestones.

Data Analysis : Work closely with marketing leads to generate and share weekly reports with insights.

Invoice & PO Processing : Assist with financial tasks, including invoice and purchase order processing.

Must-Have Skills : Intermediate / Advanced Excel or Google Sheets proficiency (functions & formulas).

Data Visualization : Ability to read and analyze dashboards in Sigma, Tableau, or similar platforms .

SQL Knowledge : Can write or modify SQL queries in Mode, Snowflake, or similar programs (ramp-up support available).

Analytical Thinking : Strong numerical and problem-solving skills.

Communication & Organization : Can manage tasks efficiently and communicate insights effectively.

Detail-Oriented & Curious : Ability to work through ambiguity and take initiative.

Time Management : Ability to work 9 AM - 6 PM PST Nice-to-Have Skills : Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Finance / Accounting Experience : Familiarity with invoice processing, referral bonuses, and payment submissions .

Experience using Coupa and Jira .
