JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

Responsibleforthelay-outingandplanning inspectorsmanpowershiftinganddistribution,asnecessary.

Handles the material requirement for inspection / electrical verification and acts as a timekeeper to assigned inspectors / technicians.

Attends to the administrative needs of QualityInspectors.

Monitors attendance and tardiness ratings of shift Qualityinspectors.

Evaluates all Quality Inspectors’ workperformance.

Conducts training and regular meetings with Quality Inspectors.

Ensuresstrictimplementationofspecification,instruction,directives,SOPsonallstationviaregularlinetour / audit.

Highlights issues / concerns found during incoming inspection and actual verification of RMA’d parts.

Analyzesandrecommendsdispositiononissuespertainingtolotfailuresfromsamplinginspectiontoensurequalityand reliability ofproduct.

Conduct certification and training for visual defect / CI electrical defectcriteria.

Conduct MSA attribute for incomingInspectors as applicable.

Performs periodic review and update sections documents for continuous improvement.

Attends QCT meetings and other activities pertaining to line related issues for continuousimprovement.

Generates reports in connection with incoming quality, dock inspectionrejects or CI electrical rejects as applicable.

Supervises 5S in theline.

ReviewRMAifit isstillincompliancewiththerequirementandcommunicateswithteamonrequirementsanddisposition (as applicable).

SupportandassistQMEEngineeringand Probe / Test Operations &Engineeringonevaluationsandexperimentstoimproveproductquality.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :

College graduate preferably Engineering

At least 2 years of Quality Assurance & Engineering experience and / or in a related industry.

Knowledgeable on Quality Systems andprocedures
