We're Hiring : Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Insurance Account (BPO) Work Setup : Onsite Location : [Insert City, e.g., BGC, Taguig or Ortigas, Pasig] Salary : ₱80,000 – ₱120,000+ (Based on experience and last pay) Shift : Night shift / U.S. business hours Qualifications : Must have an active FINRA License (e.g., Series 6, 7, or 63) At least 2 years of BPO experience, preferably in an insurance or financial account Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written) Strong customer service and problem-solving skills Willing to work onsite and on a night shift schedule Job Responsibilities : Handle inbound and outbound calls related to insurance policies, financial products, and client inquiries Assist customers with policy updates, claims, and account servicing Ensure compliance with U.S. financial regulations and standards (FINRA-aligned) Maintain high customer satisfaction and professionalism at all times Document all interactions accurately in the system
