Job description

Provides high-level administrative support and assistance to the Executives

  • Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
  • Manage executives' calendars and set up meetings
  • Do clerical and administrative tasks
  • Organize and maintain the office filing system
  • Performs additional duties as assigned by executives.
  • Qualifications
  • Graduate of any four (4) year course
  • Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role
  • Excellent MS Office knowledge
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong time-management skills and the ability to organize and coordinate multiple projects at once
  • Discretion and confidentiality

Ability to commute / relocate :

  • Biñan City, Laguna : Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
