Job descriptionDuties & Responsibilities Constructs and file job instruction resources of each employee's work. Monitors regularly the behavior and performance of subordinates. Instills discipline of all its personnel in the project sites Investigates infractions, violations, and complaints of personnel Submits needed documents for disciplinary actions and grievances Constructs, implements and evaluates project site policies. Supervises the preparation of the needed sub-contractors and the needs of the project. Qualifications Civil Engineering Graduate At least 3 yrs.
Work experience in the same capacity or equivalent
- Experience in handling vertical projects preferably hospital projects
- With good oral / written communication skills
- Willing to be assigned in any projects sites
- Good Interpersonal skills
- Good leadership
- 8 hour shift
- 13th month salary
- Experience
- Project Management : 1 year (preferred)
