Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

Build and establish a top-tier medical team focused on driving brand awareness and product recommendations in the obstetrics and pediatrics sectors.

Lead and manage a team of doctors and medical experts who will act as key endorsers and advocates for the brand.

Develop and tailor the work content for the medical team, ensuring it aligns with company goals and market needs.

Coordinate and manage medical resources effectively across different regions to ensure a consistent and high-performing medical channel network.

Drive strategic initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve business growth and medical development goals.

Assist in the formulation of the company's medical strategy, including budget allocation and resource management.

Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including medical professionals and industry experts.

The Successful Applicant

Qualifications & Experience :

Proven experience in leading medical teams, particularly within the obstetrics and pediatrics sectors.

Strong track record in medical channel management and building relationships with medical professionals and industry experts.

Ability to tailor and manage the work content of a medical team, ensuring efficiency and alignment with business goals.

Previous experience working with Wyeth, Mead Johnson, or Nestlé Infant Formula is highly desirable.

Ability to work across different regions and adapt strategies to local market needs.

Strong leadership, coordination, and resource management skills.

Candidate Profile :

Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills.

Ability to navigate a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
