Our Customer Service team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Makati City with the role of Customer Service Representative .

In this role you will be the primary point of contact for addressing and facilitating all customer inquiries, requests, orplaints through the designated skill set and assigned channels. You will play a crucial role in fulfilling transactions and resolving concerns within established productivity and quality standards.

What the role will entail

  • Address and facilitate customer inquiries, requests, orplaints in person and through assigned channels
  • Provide exceptional service and support in line with EastWest'smitment to service excellence
  • Efficiently fulfill customer transactions while adhering to productivity and quality standards
  • Resolve customer concerns promptly and effectively to ensure customer satisfaction

What were looking for

  • Must havepleted at least 2 years in college, or a 2-year vocational course
  • At least 1 year of work experience in Customer Service / BPO
  • With excellent verbal and writtenmunication skills, and must be conversant
  • Customer service oriented
  • Must be willing to work on shifting schedule
