Job descriptionKnows the basic of Installation, un-installation, upgrading, refurbishing, pre-staging, maintenance, site preparation and call screening. Must be a graduate of Computer Science, Computer Engineering or any related course with emphasis on banking and finance is an advantage Must have working knowledge of Visual Basic and C++ Must be proficient in office productivity tools such as MS Office, MS Project and Visio Knowledge in ATM is an advantage. Flexible, Hardworking and with good interpersonal skills. Fresh graduates who are willing to undergo training are welcome to apply. Must have a motorcycle, but not required. Willing to Train in Trece Martires, Cavite City
DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES
- Repair and troubleshoot Automated Teller Machines (ATM) and Ever cell UPS.
- Program ATM's unassisted or with assistance from Technical Support
- Repair and Test ATM parts
- Monitor ATM's with RMS
- Install, repair or replace ATM signage in customer locations
- Other field and service work as required
- Prioritize scheduled service call given by dispatch at any time.
- Perform other task as instructed by Immediate Head.II.
