Qualifications :

• completed at least 12 years of education / 2 years in college / SHS graduates
• at least 6 months BPO experience or 1 year customer service or technical support experience
• chat support experience is an advantage, but not required.
• above average to excellent communication skills in English
• minimum typing speed requirement is 30
• willing to work in Pasig City
