Job description

Qualifications :

  • Graduate of any Bachelor Degree; Post Graduate or Master Degree preferred but not required.
  • With at least 2 strong years of HR Generalist work experience; having extensive background and exposure in Recruitment, CompenBen Administration, and documents management.
  • Results oriented, keen on details, can provide sound assessment and able to immediately decide when face with challenging situation.
  • Resident of
  • Laguna
  • preferably near La Consolacion College or Caltex Halang Station, Binan Laguna and / or with a reliable transportation.
  • Willing to hold office and liaise with other business units in Binan, Laguna.
  • Job Description
  • Provides support in guiding and managing the overall provision of Human Resources & Admin services.
  • Responsible for smooth day-to-day HR services focusing on recruitment needs, payroll support, benefits administration, and employee relations.
  • Prepare and submit compliance requirements to regulators such as SSS, Philhealth, Pag-Ibig, BIR, and Binan LGU.

Schedule :

  • 8 hour shift
