We are looking Executive Assistan t who is detail oriented, proactive, and capable of juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced, mission driven environment. You will provide comprehensive support across sales, marketing, and executive administration, working directly with the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and Director of Marketing .
Key Responsibilities
Sales Support
- Assist in the quality control and governance of internal and external sales proposals, contracts, and presentations
- Maintain customer reporting via HubSpot and track sales team performance for solar equipment and logistics
- Generate sales reports and analyze performance metrics to optimize sales strategies
- Coordinate communication between sales teams, clients, and logistics partners
Marketing Support
Support the Director of Marketing with social media account management and website content updatesHelp organize marketing campaigns, events, and promotional initiativesConduct market research and competitor analysis within the solar industryPrepare marketing materials including brochures, newsletters, and email campaignsTrack and report on marketing metrics to support strategic adjustmentsContribute to the creation of sales enablement content such as product datasheets, case studies, and competitive analysis Executive & Administrative SupportProvide direct administrative support to the CRO and Director of Marketing, including scheduling, reports, and correspondenceAssist with meeting preparation, including agenda creation and minute-takingCompile financial and sales data for executive reportingCoordinate cross-functional communication across departmentsOrganize travel and logistics for CRO and Director of MarketingSupport budgeting and expense tracking for sales and marketing initiativesSubmit and approve expenses as per company policyMaintain discretion and professionalism while handling confidential informationRequirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or administrative roles , preferably in the solar industry.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing platforms (HubSpot, NetSuite)Experience using Microsoft Copilot AI is a plusStrong organizational, analytical, and multitasking skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesComfortable working with executive leadership and managing priorities under pressure.Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM CST
