Job description

Overall Job Responsibilities

  • Maintains hygiene standards at the bar at all times.
  • Bar management and cost control.
  • Bar service according to the FORBES standard.

Functional Job Responsibilities

Function 1

  • Mixes alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standards and guest preference.
  • Creation of more innovative cocktails menu selection with low cost.
  • Creates new and exciting cocktail concoctions according to the outlet concept standards.
  • Performs daily inventory and arrangement of the requisition from the storeroom and logistics.
  • FIFO rule is implemented at all times.

    • Function 2

  • Behaves in a friendly and professional manner to all guests, customers and staff.
  • Performs other assigned duties by Supervisor..
  • Participates actively to daily / weekly / monthly briefings and meetings and communicate all relevant information's pertaining outlets daily operational concerns.
  • Can handle unique situation and provide relative solution.
  • Liaise and coordinates with other Hotel sub departments.
  • Maintains hygiene and grooming standards in line with Solaire Resort & Casino standards.

    • Function 3

  • Provides bar service according to FORBES standard of service.
  • Follows beverage requirements based on REO / BEO.
  • Reports equipment's, furniture's and fixtures for repair to Supervisor for immediate action.
  • Adheres to all security / fire / safety procedures and standards.
  • Ensures that all spoilage, breakages are properly monitored and recorded.

  • Php17,000.00 - Php23,000.00 per month
