Function 1
Mixes alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standards and guest preference.Creation of more innovative cocktails menu selection with low cost.Creates new and exciting cocktail concoctions according to the outlet concept standards.Performs daily inventory and arrangement of the requisition from the storeroom and logistics.FIFO rule is implemented at all times.Function 2
Behaves in a friendly and professional manner to all guests, customers and staff.Performs other assigned duties by Supervisor..Participates actively to daily / weekly / monthly briefings and meetings and communicate all relevant information's pertaining outlets daily operational concerns.Can handle unique situation and provide relative solution.Liaise and coordinates with other Hotel sub departments.Maintains hygiene and grooming standards in line with Solaire Resort & Casino standards.Function 3
