In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients—via WhatsApp and text—ensuring seamless communication, timely follow-ups, and exceptional service from first inquiry to appointment scheduling.

Scope :
Handle 6-8 daily inquiries with potential for growth
Manage communication platforms and booking systems provided by the company
Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions
Focus on inbound lead management and appointment booking
Flexibility to take on additional administrative duties as the role evolves
Responsibilities :
Manage incoming leads and inquiries via WhatsApp and text messages
Follow up with potential clients to convert leads into appointments
Handle appointment scheduling and calendar management
Maintain client database in compliance with Singapore’s PDPA regulations
Send personalized follow-ups and birthday wishes to clients
Process retargeting communications to previous leads
Support customer experience initiatives
Assist with basic administrative tasks during downtime
Coordinate with therapists regarding appointment scheduling

Requirements
Requirements : Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Experience in customer service or medical reception (healthcare / beauty industry experience preferred) Strong organizational and time management skills Proficiency with messaging platforms, particularly WhatsApp Knowledge of or willingness to learn about PDPA compliance Ability to maintain professional demeanor and confidentiality Basic understanding of CRM systems Available to work Singapore business hours
