- Immigration Consultant
- The role of Immigration Consultant I is an integral one within the in house immigration team which sits within the World Mobility function.
- The principal objective of this role is to provide excellent customer service to all Corporate Client employees relocating into and out of the Philippines through the provision and delivery of quality, value-added immigration services and immigration assessment / consultancy services.

- Essential Job Functions_
- Key responsibilities for this position are as follows
- Co-ordinate and follow-up on all services performed including liaising with vendors on service provision and coordination, including drafting of invoices and preparation of Feedback Questionnaires at end of service.
- Update employee files with hard copy and soft copy documents, input assignee data into INS Zoom, run monthly immigration reports, actively identify and notify on upcoming visa & lease expires.
- Timely track visa extensions of all assignees and ensure that Client HR and assignees are properly advised of all expirations to avoid instances of overstaying in the Philippines.
Prompt Crown team leaders & account managers, and client HR on upcoming visa expiries
Co-ordinate and follow-up on all services performed with vendorsAssistwith disbursement reconciliations for casework managed.Prepare and raise invoices for all immigration services in an accurate and timely manner.Handle and respond to enquiries from corporate clients with regard to immigration issues not limited to the Philippines.Proactively keep updated with changing immigration regulations within the country and advise client HR on changes in immigration process and policy.Customer Services_Liaise with Assignees and coordinate services according to requirements as well as with Corporate Clients, when necessary, to gather necessary information or documentation to complete the services.Corporate Social Responsibility_Support the company CSR commitment and goals.Other_Demonstrate and promote company vision, strategy and values.Aptitude, Knowledge and QualificationsAptitude_Ability to maintain confidentiality and display tact and discretion at all times.Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to work in a potentially rapidly changing environment.Ability to set priorities, manage your time and workload and dependably meet strict deadlines.Ensure tasks are completed within timelines and with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.Ability to work efficiently in a high pressured environment.Confident, "can do" attitude and a willingness to support stakeholders in effectively doing their job.Ability to provide a solution-oriented approach in solving problems and issues and in making decisions.Professional Knowledge and Skils_Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build collaborative relationships with multiple and diverse stakeholders.Well-developed administration and organisation skills with strong attention to detail.Proficient computer skills with experience using Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook or equivalent.Strong communication and presentation skills.Cultural sensitivity and awareness.
