We are seeking a skilled and motivated Data Analyst to join our team in Cebu and help us unlock the power of our data to drive informed decisions.

The Role :

As a Data Analyst for fitbox, you will play a vital role in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide actionable insights that support our business objectives.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs, develop reporting solutions, and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.

Job Description :

  • Data Collection & Management : Gather and clean data from various sources, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting : Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends.
  • Insight Generation : Analyze data to uncover actionable insights and make recommendations to improve business performance, product development, and marketing strategies.
  • Collaboration : Partner with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, sales, engineering) to understand their data needs and provide data-driven solutions.
  • Benchmarking : Conduct benchmark research in the Philippines to understand compensation for data analysts, including identifying top companies in the field.
  • Ad-Hoc Analysis : Perform ad-hoc data analysis to answer specific business questions and support strategic initiatives.
  • Documentation : Document data sources, analytical methodologies, and reporting processes.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (2-3 years ideal) as a Data Analyst, preferably in a SaaS or technology-driven company.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, including SQL, Excel, and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Experience with statistical modeling and data mining techniques is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
