Qualifications
Completed 2 years in College or College Graduate
With at least 6 months BPO experience
Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills
Customer Service and Customer Experience skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to work well in a team environment
Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus
Proficiency in using customer service software and tools
