Cad Operator

Adjust current drawings and recommend changes based on their understanding and knowledge of the project

• Design and draft CAD (computer-aided design) drawings
• Meet all project specifications and formatting within company principles
• Work closely with the AutoCAD Manager, Project Managers, and Project Engineers to make sure that the design is precise
• Accountable for the maintenance of the CAD drawing library
• Review and interpret client specifications
• Conducting research when required.
• Making / preparing drawings based on the instruction from clients and by request for additional details needed.
• Ensuring drawings are compliant with regulations, quality standards, and engineering principles.
• Calculate dimensions, weight limitations, and requirements in materials.
• With a positive attitude and pleasing personality.
• Keen to details.
• Living or near in Southwoods Biñan Laguna (preferred)
• Willing to travel and / or willing to stay in.
• With at least 2 years of experience in the field.
• Knowledgeable in 2D and 3D.
• Producing proposal 2D detailing and 3D modeling based on sketches given by clients.
• Communicating potential design issues to engineers and architects.
• With Experience in plumbing design.
• Can read plans.
