Job DescriptionThe Senior Organizational Change Analyst / Consultant plays a pivotal role in leading and managing large-scale OCM initiatives that align with the organization's strategic objectives.
This role involves applying advanced OCM theories and models to develop comprehensive change management plans, conducting in-depth stakeholder analyses, and assessing the impact of proposed changes.
The Senior Analyst / Consultant collaborates with executive leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure effective change implementation.
This position requires exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical skills to drive successful organizational change.
