The Job

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Product Associate to join our product team and help shape the future of ESG technology.

This role is a unique blend of product thinking, market research, user experience, and collaboration. You'll work closely with Product, Engineering, and Business Development teams to define product requirements and experiences, rooted in sustainability impact. Your responsibilities will span understanding user needs, crafting insightful documentation, and supporting UI / UX design processes.

This is a chance to work on meaningful, fast-evolving technology that’s changing how companies measure and achieve ESG goals.

Responsibilities :

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify product opportunities
  • Collect and synthesize user feedback and data to inform product decisions
  • Translate business goals into intuitive product features and UI / UX specifications
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering and Business Development to ensure smooth execution of product initiatives
  • Ensure accuracy in documentation and product requirement writing
  • Contribute to feature planning, prioritization, and testing cycles
  • Bring a sharp aesthetic sense and systems thinking to product design

    • The Profile

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering, sustainability, or related fields
  • You have a minimum of 1 year of experience conducting market research and user insight analysis in the fields of Sustainability, Carbon Accounting, or related domains.
  • You’re detail-oriented with a natural flair for UX principles and product usability
  • You’re curious, analytical, and comfortable navigating ambiguity
  • You thrive in a team-oriented, mission-driven startup culture
  • You are self-motivated and proactive, with excellent documentation and communication skills
  • You bring a customer-first mindset and a desire to contribute to real sustainability impact
