At least 8 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Quality & Process improvement role or equivalent

JOB DESCRIPTION
Ensure KPIs are stable, consistent, and met in a timely manner.
Commit continuous productivity improvement through implementation of new systems, smart functions and optimization of services / processes
Come up with preventive and corrective actions to improve performance.
Handle escalations to reduce Business impact
Identify critical areas and risks on all aspects and seek solutions and mitigations.
Evaluate staff capability in terms of the skills and competencies required for project implementation and other tasks that may be assigned.
Managing small project teams to develop, execute and complete assignments
Organizing team roles and evaluating employee performance
Documenting operational tasks and reporting to top / executive management
Performing employee reviews and assessments
Assist with new employee onboarding and training programs
Perform accurate research and analysis.
Leading the team while supervising day to day operations, and overall ensuring operational and sales excellence.
Manage timely delivery of services while ensuring productivity targets are met, reducing costs, eliminate errors, and delivering excellent client experience
Conduct budget reviews and report cost plans to upper / executive management
Overseeing recruitment, selection, training, coaching, performance management, employee development and disciplining employees.
Management of corporate goals, including operational metrics, profitability / productivity, quality, client satisfaction, customer satisfaction.
Accountable for ensuring that policies and procedures (internal controls) are in place and maintained
Coordinate arrangements, meetings and / or conferences as assigned.
Recruit, hire and train new managers in their direct area
Offer consultation and recommendations to area managers & supervisors on overcoming operations challenges
Monitor sales and work toward meeting monthly objectives
Minimize cost and labor by reviewing schedules and inventory use
Visit stores to evaluate operations, cleanliness and efficiency of each area
Overall in charge of work area assignment in terms of sales, profitability, services, repairs and people management
Develop and enhance the efficiency of existing organizational processes and procedures to enhance and sustain the organization's internal capacity.
Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols.
Monitoring and driving performance across the team, and preparing relevant reports to executive management.
Translating the strategies of management into deliverable objectives.
Have responsibility for effective resource planning.
Identifying and addressing people issues, and usually having responsibility for adhering to HR processes.
Develop leadership competencies
Generates, interprets and sends compliance report on operational processes / action plans
