• Creating Initial Brand Consult Trello Card once Hand Over Checklist for the new potential agency has come through and ensure that all details provided on the HOC vs online are correct.
• Creating Licensing Agreement for the new potential agency.
• Diaries Agents Birthday / Partner's Anniversary / License Expiry to the Calendar and make sure all details are accurate.
• Purchasing agency domain into GoDaddy and adding the DNS record.
• Setting Up REX Brand Account for new agencies / partners and ensuring that all steps on the checklist are completed.
• Completing a Privacy Policy & Disclaimer for new agencies / partners.
• Setting Up new partner's REA and Domain - updating agency logos, agency photos, office addresses, bios, agents profiles, etc.
• Adding new agency names and agent's names for submission forms in Formstack.
• Adding new agency name and lead agent's name to Customer Service Tool.
• Adding agency Director's and team members' names and contact numbers into the 3CX address book.
• Testing agency templates in Realhub and making sure it is matched with the approved file saved on Egnyte.
• Auditing all setups and ensuring that all details are correctly input and haven't missed any before the agency launch day.
• Accurately completing any admin task from Onboarding Xpert.
