Provide legal counsel on trade compliance, customs regulations, and international trade laws.
Ensure company operations align with import / export regulations, tariff classifications, and trade agreements.
Manage customs clearance procedures and resolve trade compliance issues.
Develop and implement customs compliance programs to minimize risks.
Liaise with government agencies, customs authorities, and legal representatives on trade-related matters.
Required Skills :
Preferably a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines and Certified -Public Accountant but accounting background is not mandatory.
Must have 4 years of related experience in Customs engagements (due diligence, health checks and advisory)
Experience in handling complex customs compliance matters and audits is essential.
Demonstrated ability to handle client relationships and provide legal guidance in high-pressure situations.
