Job Summary : We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Staff to focus on inventory monitoring and variance reconciliation for assigned outlets nationwide.
This role involves preparing reports, analyzing inventory discrepancies, coordinating with merchandisers and various departments, and supporting periodic audits.
Ideal for candidates with strong analytical skills, familiarity with inventory systems, and the ability to work independently and on-field when required.Key Responsibilities : Prepare and analyze monthly inventory variance reportsCoordinate with field staff and departments to resolve inventory discrepanciesProcess adjustments for verified inventory count differencesMonitor promodiser status to ensure proper reporting of variancesConduct and / or supervise physical inventory counts in outlets or warehousesSupervise inventory takers across regions and validate their reportsSummarize and submit variance and audit reports within deadlinesHandle pick list and pick activity monitoring in coordination with service centersTrain and orient newly hired inventory analysts (as needed)Support year-end warehouse inventory count and mass pull-out receivingMaintain accurate documentation and ensure complete audit trailPerform other accounting-related or assigned tasks as neededQualifications : Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or related fieldWith experience in inventory audit, variance analysis, or similar functionsProficient in Microsoft Excel; ERP experience (e.g., Quorus) is a plusExcellent attention to detail and problem-solving skillsWilling to travel for audit or outlet visits if requiredHighly organized, trustworthy, and can work with minimal supervision
