Specific Duties and Responsibilities : - Determine and implement appropriate plan, specification and scope to meet target indicated in the approved - - AEPEP, Mine Modernization (MEMO) Program and agreed Project Schedule required by Environmental Manager. - Supervise the Rehabilitation, Biodiversity Conservation, and Forest Protection including rehabilitation of mined-out area, temporary rehab areas, buffer zones, non-minenable areas and areas outside MPSA. - In-charge in the formulation, planning, and implementation of Future Forest Land Use Plan - Supervise tree cutting activity and flora and fauna rapid assessment - Submit compliance reports and other government requirements - Shall be responsible in Updating and reporting on weekly basis the Environment Management Support for data consolidation - Submission of report including project schedule and cost control on a weekly basis to Environment Department Head - Perform other task that may be assigned from time to time Qualifications : - Graduate of BS Forestry - With minimum of l year experience in mining or related industries. - Excellent in Written and Oral communications Skills. - Adept in resolving issues / concerns / grievances being raised by stakeholders who are directly affected by the operation - Must be honest and dependable. - With good analytical skills. - Must be systematic and a team player. - With high professional integrity. - Able to meet deadline consistently. - No adverse record, whether proven or not, involving corruption, bribe.
