The Job

Our client is looking for an experienced paralegal to assist with litigation support, case preparation, and legal research. This fully remote opportunity is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who values discipline, integrity, and professionalism—qualities often found in individuals with prior military service.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Conduct legal research and summarize findings.
  • Assist in case preparation, document drafting, and filings.
  • Organize and review legal documents, contracts, and case files.
  • Communicate with clients, courts, and attorneys as needed.
  • Support attorneys in litigation, mediation, and arbitration processes.

    • The Profile

    Qualifications :

  • Prior experience as a paralegal in litigation, real estate, contract disputes, or related fields.
  • Paralegal certification or relevant legal training required.
  • Prior military service (any branch) strongly preferred.
  • Strong research, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with California legal procedures, Small Claims, Civil Court, or Arbitration.
  • Ability to work remotely with attention to detail and efficiency.
  • You have at least 3 years post-qualification experience in a similar role.
