We are looking for an experienced and hands-on IT Team Leader to oversee and guide our onsite IT team in Bataan .
The ideal candidate will have a solid background in IT operations, strong leadership skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
This role requires a balance of technical expertise and people management, ensuring smooth IT support, project implementation, and system reliability.
Responsibilities : Lead and mentor the onsite IT support team, ensuring timely and effective resolution of technical issues Plan, coordinate, and implement IT projects aligned with business goals Oversee hardware / software maintenance, upgrades, and system configurations Troubleshoot escalated issues related to LAN / WAN, iOS / Windows systems, printers, and other network equipment Manage and maintain network equipment including Cisco and Meraki devices Coordinate with other departments and vendors for IT-related needs Monitor and enforce IT security protocols, ensuring data privacy and compliance Develop and improve helpdesk processes and reporting systems Create documentation for systems, configurations, and internal policies Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend improvements Desirable Skills and Experience Must-haves : Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field Minimum of 3 years of IT experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role Strong technical knowledge in : LAN and WAN setup and troubleshooting iOS and Windows configuration Microsoft 365, Windows Server, and networking technologies Printer and hardware maintenance Hands-on experience with remote support tools like AnyDesk Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to coach and motivate a team Working knowledge of data privacy laws and cybersecurity best practices Willingness to work on shifting schedules and provide on-call support as needed Must have a valid driver’s license and motorcycle for occasional off-site support Nice to haves : Certifications such as Cisco (CCNA), Microsoft, or CompTIA Experience with Zoom, HubSpot, or similar systems administration Familiarity with virtualization technologies Project management exposure or certification.
