Planning Supervisor

Can create & analyze (GPSI) Global Production Sales Inventory, basically production, sales, FG inventory & Material / Capacity Plan

• Maintain a close relationship with manufacturing facilities to ensure clear understanding of resources levels, balanced with orders demand to ensure customer and business objectives are met,
• Develop and implement tools and strategies for defining short, medium, and long-term capacity requirement of production / business
• Work with cross functional teams across the business such sales dept, operations / production, logistics and supply chain
• Promote execution of operation plans as well as checking & monitoring of GPSI issued was being implemented & met by production
• Lead discussions with all levels of leadership to recommend resource adjustments needed to effectively execute against planned demand
• Decide the In-Out injection ratio and resin PO ratio
• Qualifications
• College Graduate of BS Industrial Engineering or its equivalent
• At least 5 years of experience in Production Planning, Material & Capacity Planning
• WILLING TO WORK ON-SITE CABUYAO, LAGUNA)
