Job description
Responsibilities
Develop a schedule to assess training needs
Conduct employee surveys and interviews
Consult with other trainers, managers, and leadership
Track and compile collected data
Conceptualize training materials based on data and research
Communicate training needs and online resources
Create training strategies, initiatives, and materials
Contact and utilize outside vendors and resources for instructional technology
Test and review created materials
Maintain a database of all training materials
Instruct employee training and onboarding
Conduct training through new training materials
Review employee performance and learning
Coordinate and monitor enrollment, schedules, costs, and equipment
Can document processes and procedures when overseeing client training sessions
Create Product Knowledge Tests and maintain its data
Qualifications
At least one (1) year of relevant Team Leader experience in an outsourcing or similar company, managing a minimum of 10 teammates while working in a customer support role;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Above-average technical know-how;
Familiarity with e-Commerce, ZenDesk, or any other CRM tools; and
Flexibility and willingness to work on different shifts.
