POSITION SUMMARY :
This role is essential for ensuring that all transactional activities within HR Services are performed accurately and in compliance with the standard procedures, internal policies, external regulations, and best practices. The role will be responsible for conducting regular audits, quality checks, and identifying opportunities for process improvements to maintain the efficiency and integrity of HR Services. The role will have a high level of interaction within the sub teams of HR Services spanning from Data Management, HR Operations and Benefits Administration.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Perform regular quality assurance reviews and audits of transactional activities (such as payroll, benefits administration, employee data management, onboarding / offboarding, etc.) to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Identify discrepancies, errors, or inefficiencies in HRS transactions and work closely with relevant teams to correct them promptly.
- Maintain documentation and audit trails to support compliance reporting.
- Prepare detailed audit reports outlining findings, trends, and recommendations for management review.
- Track key quality metrics related to HRS processes and ensure they meet established service levels and benchmarks.
- Continuously assess HR transactional processes to identify areas for improvement, ensuring they are effective, accurate, and compliant with both internal standards and external regulations.
- Collaborate with HR Services leadership to design and implement corrective action plans when issues are detected.
- Initiate process improvements / innovation using VOS tools.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS :
Bachelor’s Degree, preferably HR or any business-related coursesProven experience in quality assurance, audit, or process improvement, ideally within HR Services or a similar operational environment.Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and systems (Benefits Admin, Data Management, HR Ops).Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), HRIS systems, and audit tools.Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (, Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus.Working in teamsBuilding and managing relationshipsDeveloping othersCommunicating effectivelyAchieving outcomes and optimizing processes, procedures and processesExcellent time management, organization, and planning skillsThe successful candidate will embrace Vertiv’s Core Principals & Behaviors to help execute our Strategic Priorities.
