Job Summary : We’re looking for a Community Specialist who can nurture and grow our brand community across multiple channels, drive user engagement, and spearhead affiliate marketing initiatives. You’ll serve as the frontline ambassador of the brand—connecting with customers, collaborators, and community advocates to foster loyalty, engagement, and word-of-mouth growth. This is a high-impact role that goes beyond basic engagement. You’ll manage community infrastructure, develop retention and referral programs, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure the voice of the community is reflected in product, content, and campaigns. Qualifications : 2–3 years of experience in community management, affiliate marketing, or engagement roles Proven experience building and moderating online communities Strong communication and relationship-building skills Experience launching or managing referral or affiliate programs Highly organized and able to manage multiple initiatives at once Bonus Skills : Familiarity with B2B SaaS, AI tools, or startup culture Basic content creation / design skills using Canva or Figma Experience managing influencer outreach or micro-partnerships Key Responsibilities : Community Engagement & Growth Build, manage, and moderate branded communities (Discord, Facebook Groups, LinkedIn Groups, Reddit, Telegram, Slack, etc.) Create and schedule meaningful discussions, polls, challenges, and value-driven conversations Cultivate relationships with top users and early adopters to build loyalty and advocacy Identify and activate brand champions or micro-influencers Support virtual and IRL community events, webinars, AMAs, and live Q&A Affiliate & Referral Program Management Launch and manage the affiliate marketing program in coordination with the marketing team Recruit and onboard affiliate partners and brand ambassadors Develop affiliate training materials, welcome kits, and promotional assets (in collaboration with the design and content teams) Track affiliate activity and performance; optimize based on conversion and ROI data Manage payouts, compliance, and internal tracking systems Community Feedback & Support Collaboration Collect and synthesize feedback, feature requests, and recurring questions Maintain a structured feedback loop between community, product, and support teams Monitor community sentiment and flag PR or reputational risks early Maintain a community FAQ or support knowledge base in collaboration with the product team Community Reporting & Insights Track and analyze community KPIs (growth, engagement, active participation, sentiment) Provide monthly reports on community insights and affiliate marketing performance Use listening tools to monitor brand mentions and discussions across third-party platforms Internal Culture & Cross-Team Activation Support internal culture building through informal content and team shoutouts Coordinate with marketing, HR, and sales to share community insights or needs Key Platforms You’ll Use : Community Management : Discord, Slack, Facebook Groups, LinkedIn Groups, Telegram, Reddit Affiliate Marketing : PartnerStack, Refersion, Impact.com, or custom Google Sheets tracking CRM & Feedback : HubSpot, Typeform, Airtable, Notion Listening & Engagement : Brand24, Sprout Social, Mention Analytics & Dashboards : Google Sheets, Looker Studio Project Management : ClickUp, Asana, Trello
