The Job
In this role, you will :
Act as the CEO’s primary accountability partner , helping him stay focused on high-priority tasks and goalsMonitor the CEO’s daily activities and provide gentle redirection when distractions arise (e.g., social media, non-priority tasks); use tools like screen-sharing or check-ins to help the CEO remain on taskManage the CEO’s calendar, emails, and communications to minimize interruptions and maximize efficiencyCoordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure follow-ups are completedProactively align the CEO’s schedule and activities with strategic objectives to ensure optimal productivityIdentify inefficiencies in the CEO’s workflow and implement solutions to improve time management and focusRegularly assess the CEO’s focus and workload , making adjustments as needed to maintain balance and productivityOffer constructive feedback and recommendations to keep priorities on trackFoster a supportive, collaborative working relationship with the CEO, built on trust and accountabilityCollaborate with team members to ensure projects and priorities align with organizational goalsAct as a liaison between the CEO and other stakeholders , ensuring seamless communication and execution of key initiativesProvide insights and suggestions for optimizing the CEO’s work style and operational approachTake ownership of special projects and ensure timely delivery of resultsHandle logistical arrangements for events, travel, and other engagementsDraft, review, and manage correspondence, presentations, and reports with accuracy and professionalismThe Profile
Qualifications & Experience
At least 3–5 years of experience in executive support , operational management, or a similar roleBachelor’s degree in Communications, Business or Marketing highly preferredAt least 2 years’ experience in office tools (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace) and project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsProven ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain organization in a dynamic environmentExceptional organizational and time management skillsStrong written and verbal communication abilitiesAbility to provide constructive feedback in a respectful, professional mannerHigh degree of professionalism, confidentiality , and discretionConfident yet approachable , with excellent interpersonal skillsComfortable gently redirecting focus and managing accountability for a senior executivePatient, empathetic, and committed to fostering a positive working relationshipThe Employer
