The Job

In this role, you will :

  • Act as the CEO’s primary accountability partner , helping him stay focused on high-priority tasks and goals
  • Monitor the CEO’s daily activities and provide gentle redirection  when distractions arise (e.g., social media, non-priority tasks); use tools like screen-sharing or check-ins to help the CEO remain on task
  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, emails, and communications  to minimize interruptions and maximize efficiency
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure follow-ups  are completed
  • Proactively align the CEO’s schedule and activities with strategic objectives  to ensure optimal productivity
  • Identify inefficiencies in the CEO’s workflow  and implement solutions to improve time management and focus
  • Regularly assess the CEO’s focus and workload , making adjustments as needed to maintain balance and productivity
  • Offer constructive feedback and recommendations  to keep priorities on track
  • Foster a supportive, collaborative working relationship  with the CEO, built on trust and accountability
  • Collaborate with team members  to ensure projects and priorities align with organizational goals
  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and other stakeholders , ensuring seamless communication and execution of key initiatives
  • Provide insights and suggestions for optimizing the CEO’s work style  and operational approach
  • Take ownership of special projects  and ensure timely delivery of results
  • Handle logistical arrangements  for events, travel, and other engagements
  • Draft, review, and manage correspondence, presentations, and reports  with accuracy and professionalism
  • The Profile

    Qualifications & Experience

  • At least 3–5 years of experience in executive support , operational management, or a similar role
  • Bachelor’s degree  in Communications, Business or Marketing highly preferred
  • At least 2 years’ experience in office tools  (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace) and project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication  skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities  and maintain organization in a dynamic environment
  • Exceptional organizational  and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication  abilities
  • Ability to provide constructive feedback  in a respectful, professional manner
  • High degree of professionalism, confidentiality , and discretion
  • Confident yet approachable , with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable gently redirecting focus and managing accountability  for a senior executive
  • Patient, empathetic, and committed  to fostering a positive working relationship
