LifeGuard / Baywatch

The Lifeguard ensures the safety and comfort of guests in the pool and beach areas by supervising activities, enforcing regulations, and providing first aid when needed. The Grounds Maintenance Staff is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and aesthetic quality of the resort's landscape and outdoor surroundings. This includes caring for gardens, trees, and other greenery throughout the property. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS :

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Preferably certified in First Aid, CPR, and WASAR / Lifeguarding (Red Cross or Philippine Coast Guard certified)
• Strong swimming ability and good physical fitness
• Previous experience as a lifeguard or groundskeeper in a resort or similar setting is an advantage
• Ability to work outdoors under varying weather conditions
• Team-oriented, dependable, and guest-focused
• Willing to be assigned in Brgy. Hugom, San Juan, Batangas or Staff House provided.
