JDN Tuition is a rapidly growing tutoring company dedicated to providing high-quality, personalized education to students across Australia. We are looking for an exceptional Sales & Administrative Assistant to join our team and help drive sales, enhance our brand presence, and manage key administrative tasks. This role is critical in ensuring JDN Tuition’s growth by converting leads into clients, managing tutor-student matching, and executing marketing initiatives.

This is a fast-paced, high-impact role where you will take ownership of sales, customer service, marketing, and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will be an expert in sales and marketing, highly efficient, adaptable, and detail-oriented. They must have flawless English communication skills (both spoken and written) and a genuine commitment to the success of JDN Tuition, willing to respond to client messages and inquiries outside of working hours when needed, without additional pay, due to their passion and dedication to the business.
Key Responsibilities :
- 1. Sales & Lead Conversion (Main Focus)
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls – convert leads into paying clients.
- Conduct cold calling and follow-up with potential customers.
- Upsell and cross-sell services to maximize revenue per client.
- Build rapport with parents and students, relating to their needs and positioning JDN Tuition as the best choice.
- Create and manage email campaigns to nurture leads and increase conversions.
- Respond promptly to sales inquiries via phone, email, and social media.
- 2. Customer Service & Tutor-Student Coordination
- Match students with the right tutors based on availability and subject expertise.
- Oversee lesson scheduling and adjustments, ensuring smooth coordination.
- Follow up at different stages of the student journey to maintain high retention rates.
- Communicate with tutors, parents, and students to resolve any concerns efficiently.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and prompt communication at all times, including being available to respond to urgent messages outside standard working hours when necessary.
- 3. Marketing & Brand Growth
- Develop and execute marketing initiatives to enhance JDN Tuition’s visibility.
- Social media management – create and schedule posts, engage with followers, and run promotional campaigns.
- Join Facebook groups and online communities to increase brand presence and generate leads.
- Assist with content creation (blogs, LinkedIn posts, promotional materials, etc.).
- Support in creating landing pages, sales funnels, and digital marketing strategies to attract new clients.
- 4. Business Growth & Strategic Execution
- Help execute new initiatives (e.g., webinars, JDN Futures, partnerships, and automation tools).
- Research and identify new growth opportunities to scale the business.
- Continuously improve sales processes, marketing strategies, and customer engagement.
- Assist the CEO in implementing new business plans and expanding operations.
- 5. Administrative & Operational Support
- Manage email communications, inquiries, and CRM data.
- Track sales performance and report progress weekly.
- Maintain accurate student and tutor records.
- Handle urgent matters efficiently, even responding outside of work hours when necessary.
