- Requirements
- Graduate of any 4-year course
- With relevant experience in managing a hotel property
- Flexible, can handle pressure, organized and multi-tasker
- Can oversee day-to-day operations of a hotel
- Can supervise and train a staff to meet customer's satisfaction
- Good communication skills
- Willing to work onsite in Dumaguete
