At ClearDesk, we believe that when everyone succeeds, we all succeed.Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Nurse who is ready to transition into a Recruiter role identifying, engaging, and placing top healthcare professionals in roles that match their skills and passions.ResponsibilitiesSource, screen, and interview qualified healthcare professionals for various roles (RNs, LPNs, CNAs, caregivers, etc.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of healthcare talentCollaborate with account managers and clients to understand staffing needsManage job postings, candidate communications, and applicant trackingMaintain compliance with all relevant employment and healthcare regulationsPerform end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, talent acquisition, and sourcingReview applications and conduct initial phone screenings for caregiver candidatesConduct thorough interviews to assess caregiver skills and experienceSubmit offer letters and gather hiring documents before orientationManage caregiver certifications and follow up on expiring documentsPrepare caregivers for orientationMaintain detailed documentation of recruitment processes in Well SkyCollaborate with on-site recruiter to learn company-specific hiring preferencesManage HR functions such as tracking employee certifications and sending remindersAnswer incoming calls and provide basic information to caregivers and clientsAchieve a hiring target of 10 caregivers per week across all territoriesRequirementsNursing degree or caregiver certificationCandidates must provide either an NBI Clearance or Police Clearance (preferred) upon hiring, or an equivalent background check / clearance available in the countryMust be comfortable with using Hubstaff, a time-tracking applicationPrior experience as a nurse, caregiver, or in a similar clinical role (minimum 1–2 years preferred)Recruiting or talent acquisition experience is a plus, but NOT requiredStrong communication skills to coordinate with caregivers, clients, and internal team while handling incoming phone inquiriesMust be comfortable answering and making callsHealthcare software knowledge is a plus, but NOT required (such as Wellsky)Proficiency in using Microsoft Outlook, Office Suite, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, ConnectUC VoIP / Yealink system and OneDriveProfessional-level English (written and verbal / voice)Hardware RequirementsAt least a 720p HD WebcamAt least a 25mbps primary internet connectionA backup laptop, backup internet connection device, and backup power supply in case of power outage and emergenciesMinimum recommendation for your main computer : Intel Core i5 or equivalent with 8 GB RAM or higherMinimum recommended for your backup computer : Intel Core i3, 4 GB RAMCompensation and Benefits100% Remote (Permanent work from home)Prepaid HMOBonuses and incentivesPaid trainingImportant Reminder : ClearDesk does not ask for any monetary payments or fees as part of our employment process.
