Job Description

IMP Capex monitoring, management and timely availment, Facility PO resources management, audit and reallocation and vendor management, regular facility database updating and baselining for planning reference

Manages and ensures PO resources are secured for all facilities requirements across all flagship programs and projects

Leads in managing the whole Transport & Facilities (TFP) CAPEX and drives the availment of all TFP domains such as tower, power, civil works, access transport, core transport, etc.

Drives the timely availment based on the targets set by Globe / NTG management.

Monitors and drives the progress of each Purchase Request from BOQ uploading in Maximo up to PO release.

Manages clearing of dependencies for submitted Purchase Requests.

Review and approval of CAPEX accounting and analysis report making sure availment of Facilities domains complies or follows the approved CAPEX including validation of unit pricing.

Troubleshoots and leads the resolution of potential CAPEX variations and requirements for unbudgeted projects across domains and puts up recommendations and resolutions to higher management

Leads in audit and managing of issued POs to the vendors to minimize aging POs and maximize utilization for build

Manages Facilities inventory driving the teams of TFP and AEPM counterparts in the operationalization of Facilities database updating to ensure that there is an accurate baseline reference which is critical in developing high level plans

Develops, aligns and socializes, proposes, facilities / infrastructure feasibility Studies such as but not limited to cost-benefit analysis, What-if analysis, etc.

Provides expertise in identifying gaps in processes and formulate solutions
