Job Qualifications :
- College graduate of any 4 year business course
- with at least one year relevant experience
- Excellent written, oral, and verbal communication skills
- Must have PC skills, including the ability to use database marketing and Microsoft Office Suite
- Must have customer service skills
- Must have the ability to drive
- Must be able to work for 8 hours a day
Duties and Responsibilities :
Manage retail staff, among which includes people working on the floor, and the cashiersMeet financial goals by analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions in preparing an annual budget; formulating pricing policies and scheduling expendituresMake sure pricing is correctWork on store displaysAttend trade shows to identify new services and productsRecruit, Coach, counsel, discipline, and train employeesEvaluate self-on-the-job performance, as well as other staffIdentify market trends that appeal to customersEnsure products are clean and ready to be displayedApprove contracts with store vendorsMaintain inventory and ensure items are in stockAnalyze financial statements to enhance profit making opportunitiesEnsure promotions are accurate and in tune with company's standardsUtilize computers to record sales figures, for data analysis and forward planningMake sure that health and safety measures are metMonitor local competitorsEnsure that hours of operation are in compliance with local lawsMaintain health and safety measures and store's cleanlinessOrganize and distribute staff schedulesPreside over staff meetingsHelp, drive, motivate, and encourage retail sales staff to achieve sales targetsHandle customer complaints, issues and questions.SalaryFrom Php18,000.00 per monthSchedule :
