SPi - Paranaque is looking for a Customer Service Representative (Voice, 6 months project-based).
- Communicates with customers to gather details and / or probe for necessary information (i.e.
specific concerns, account details, names, etc.)
in order to correctly identify and assess customers' needs.
Manages customer complaints, provides appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limit; follows up to ensure resolution.Endorses customers to supervisors or more experienced employees for issues or concerns requiring escalation.QualificationsMust complete at least 2 years in college.Open to Senior High School graduates.Must have excellent English communication skills.Must be willing to work on a GY shift.About Straive (formerly SPi Global)
