Job description
Duties and Responsibilities :
Prepares information for internal and external communication – SMS, chats, emails, calls and reports
Act as a point of contact among executives, employees, clients, consultants and other external partners
Assists the Department Head / Manager on their various meetings, agendas, travel arrangements and other commitments
Manages Department Head / Manager and / or Executives’ calendars and set up meeting
Develops and maintains an accurate filing system
Carries out administrative duties such as compiling, copying, sorting, filing, scanning, consolidation of records / documents, communication of the office (i.e. incoming correspondence) and other related duties
Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies
Prepares cheques, and bank deposit slips
Performs other duties as may be assigned from time to time
