Job description

Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Prepares information for internal and external communication – SMS, chats, emails, calls and reports
  • Act as a point of contact among executives, employees, clients, consultants and other external partners
  • Assists the Department Head / Manager on their various meetings, agendas, travel arrangements and other commitments
  • Manages Department Head / Manager and / or Executives’ calendars and set up meeting
  • Develops and maintains an accurate filing system
  • Carries out administrative duties such as compiling, copying, sorting, filing, scanning, consolidation of records / documents, communication of the office (i.e. incoming correspondence) and other related duties
  • Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies
  • Prepares cheques, and bank deposit slips
  • Performs other duties as may be assigned from time to time
