MAIN PURPOSE
OF THE JOB :
- Lead the local implementation of the Security Operating Model, agreed between Group Chief Security Officer (CSO) , Chief Operations Officer (COO) and Local Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
- Create / update the Security Operating Model in accordance with AXA Group Security Operating model, policy, and / or guidelines, Philippines laws, and AXA PH local entity policies and guidelines, subject to approval of Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and / or Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
- Act as a key advisor to local entity Executive Leadership team (ELT) on security matters, including Information Security, Operational Resilience and Physical Security ( risk management, cybersecurity, security control, monitoring, information privacy, operations, identity access management, security architecture, forensics, physical security and operational resilience)
- Drive cultural and organizational change throughout the local entity and implement a sustainable security function including the three pillars of Security (Information Security, Operational Resilience and Physical Security)
- Responsible for the local compliance with the security standards, instructions and strategic initiatives
- Responsible for undertaking assurance to validate the effectiveness of the local security activities and controls
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES :
Collaborate with and support Group Security and other stakeholders as necessary to ensure that security (Information Security, Operational Resilience and Physical Security) within the local entity is relevant, cost-effective and is delivered in accordance with the Group Security StrategyServe as an expert advisor to the entity leadership team in the implementation and maintenance of securityEnsure local compliance with the security standards, instructions and strategic initiativesAdapts the global security strategy to the entity (taking into consideration the local regulation and specificities), defines the concrete actions leading to its execution and monitors achievementDevelop, track and control the local security budgets (required to invest, build and run security) in agreement with the Chief Operating Officer and the Chief Executive OfficerSTAKEHOLDERS : Internal

Education
A Bachelor’s degree in security and related fields is preferred : Accountancy, Information Technology, International Relations, Public Safety, National Security, CybersecurityExperience
7 to 10 years experience in security, risks management, audit or related area, preferably in multinational organization with matrix reportingLeadership / management experience : 5 to 7 yearsPrevious experience as interim or acting Chief Information Security Officer, Physical Security Officer, Operational Resilience Officer, Business Continuity Officer or extensive experience reporting to a CEO, CIO, Chief Audit Officer, Chief Risk Officer or other senior executive in an international organizationPrevious experience working with a remote / international team preferredExperience leading Incident Management teams and / or Crisis Management teamsCompetencies and Qualifications
