Our client is a pioneer in the managed operations approach to 3rdparty outsourcing, now widely considered a market leader in this space.

Their model allows their clients to build a full-time dedicated team in the Philippines, and whilst they take care of everything on the ground, the client retains full control of their team across everything from KPIs, quality and workflow to productivity.

The role is responsible for the management of the Sales, Business Development and Client Implementation functions, and supports onshore sales partners in Australia and the United States to ensure the continued growth of the company as a major player in the Philippine BPO industry.

The role will work alongside the CEO and the clients parent company's onshore executives to devise, implement and manage sales.

This involves cutting new client deals, end-to-end B2B sales, commercial negotiations, contract review, together with the implementation of outsourcing solutions for the company's international client portfolio.

  • Minimum of 15yrs experience working in a corporate setting, preferably all of which has been in a sales and / or business development environment
  • Notable Outsourcing & Offshoring background with at least 10yrs experience working with a top tier BPOcompany
  • Experience working in the Philippines, and a strong / current knowledge of the outsourcing market therein
  • A successful track record of both success, and demonstrable business expansion and growth in a relevant setting
  • Come with a strong relevant network, primarily in the US, Canada, and / or Australasia
  • Excellent English communication skills (written, verbal and presentation)
  • An entrepreneurial mindset, a flexible, adaptable, high energy, dynamic and commercially astute character, with a 'can do' mindset to make it happen whatever the situation.
