Position Overview

We’re on the hunt for a highly capable Home Health Care Administrator to take charge of operations for a rapidly expanding, physician-led home healthcare agency. If you're someone who thrives on order, knows the ins and outs of home health systems, and can coordinate people and processes with surgical precision—this role was built for you. You'll be the go-to point for intake, scheduling, compliance, and clinician coordination. All from the comfort of your home in the Philippines.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate day-to-day operations including patient intake, scheduling, and internal communications

Track compliance requirements and oversee documentation and clinician credentialing

Manage and maintain EMRs like WellSky, Axxess, or TherapySync

Handle inbound referrals and build strong communication channels with physicians and clinical staff

Support hiring and onboarding processes for new staff

Serve as the operational backbone between leadership, clinicians, and patients

What We're Looking For

Minimum 3 years of direct experience in home health care agency administration

Background in healthcare admin; RN license preferred but not required

Proficiency with EMRs like WellSky, Axxess, or TherapySync

Strong organizational and communication skills

Proven ability to operate in fast-paced, evolving environments
