Supervises multiple engagements to deliver high quality services on time and efficiently
Coordinates engagement management and effectively contributes to achieving revenue and profit objectives, engagement realization and the allocation of resources
Helps develop an efficient and effective audit strategy and audit approach prior to the commencement of field work
Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
With at least 1 year work experience in leading a team with excellent leadership skills.
Relevant audit experience in well-established professional services firms will be an added advantage
As an engagement team leader, you will assist the engagement managers in planning and meeting clients
Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
