Graduate of B. S. Nursing

Licensed PRC holder

3 months on the job training

Preferably attended training / seminar on :

First Aid

In Service on Infection Control &

Patient Satisfaction

Customer Relations

Personality Development

Responsible for :

Verifying Examinee's identity.

Assisting the Examining Physician by :

Instructing the Examinee to remove all clothes except underwear.

Taking and recording Height and Weight of Examinee.

Taking and recording Examinee's vital signs, e.g.

Blood Pressure, Pulse Rate

Respiratory Rate, and Temperature.

Ensuring schedule of maintenance and calibration of equipment is observed and maintain records.

Referring to Examining Physician(s) medical problems unable to manage.

Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

• Vaccinating examinees as per request of certain agencies.
