Performs the following sales activities to meet target sales :
Dealer Management
Sales volume production
Business counseling
Retail quality
Price Management
Local Station Promotions
Retail components and merchandising inspection Pump meter reading
Dealer / CA recruitment
Manage and assume overall responsibility for the success of retail stations by directing all operational aspects of each stations and driving sales while minimizing costs
Responsible for ensuring that station managers and their staff keep station to the highest possible standards and controls are followed
Responsible for multiple ongoing duties, reporting sales information and meeting company goals
Responsible to generate sales revenues by managing dealers / franchisees to guide them in their sales program and retail outlet operations
Monitoring performance of stations
Acting as an interface between the stations and head office
Monitoring stations requirements
Job Qualification :
Candidate must possess a Bachelor's / College Degree, any Business related course or equivalent.
Preferably has experience working in an oil company
With experience working in the same capacity.
From a marketing company of a fast-growing brand of regular consumable products.
Must have confidence, skills, and proven accomplishment.
Adept in the deployment of local store marketing and promotions
