ObjectiveLead and ensure the commercial results of the business units by overseeing growth strategies, market expansion, and profitability.ResponsibilitiesUnderstand and analyze business development trends to establish strategic actions.Master key business figures to drive informed decisions.Identify potential new clients in the market.Lead and coordinate efforts across teams to ensure business performance.Develop strategic plans aligned with commercial objectives and market trends.Drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships, channel development, and expansion into new markets.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.MBA preferred.7+ years of experience in strategic commercial leadership roles.Prior experience in the Philippines in roles such as Manager, Director, or Vice President in finance-related sectors such as cooperatives, rural banks, government institutions, and lending companies.Experience leading Filipino teams (minimum of 5 people).Desirable : Experience working abroad.Proficiency in Tagalog and English is required; Spanish is a plus.Willingness to relocate to San Fernando, Angeles, Pampanga Province.Key CompetenciesSolid understanding of financial products or fintech markets.Strong execution mindset – ability to take ideas from strategy to action.Passion for metrics, experimentation, and fast learning.Skilled in business development through networking.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Strategic thinking, market analysis, leadership, client acquisition, decision-making, collaboration, adaptability.
