Provide business controllership on strategic and operational decisions, and supports the other Teams on the areas of Finance, People Experience (HR) and Administrative functions of the company.
Support organizational development, drive profitable growth and cost leadership, safeguards and push the achievement of organizational strategic and operational objectives.
Work closely with the Managing Director in business planning, forecasting, price management, statutory and internal controls, risk management, cultural and business transformations, and change management to achieve the short and long-term goals of the company.
Act as a catalyst to ensure that the right controls are in place in the business processes by understanding the business and knowing what drives value.
Coordinate with the Finance Operations Center (FOC) based in Pune, India to ensure good governance and compliance with internal and external financial reporting systems, procedures, and regulations ensuring highest integrity of financial reports, cash management, credit & collection, compliance with local statutory requirements such as Bureau of Internal Revenue, Securities & Exchange Commission, local Business Permits, SSS, HDMF, etc.
Head the local Credit Committee and acts as Treasurer of the company.
Coordinate with the Corporate Secretary for corporate secretarial activities such as Board and Stockholders meetings, preparation of agenda, minutes, proxy forms, GIS, and other requirements.
Act as the People Business Enable (PBE or HR Manager) and handles employee-related matters like coordinating payroll, Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Salary Review, Short-term Variable Pay (Bonus) program, Employee Learning & Development, Reward and Recognition Program, Leadership Xchange Program, and Corporate Social Responsibility and updating of company policies aligned to SKF Group policies.
Oversee the administrative matters of the company such as reviewing and negotiating lease agreements, insurances, business permits, gasoline fleet cards, office supplies and office maintenance.
Report directly to the India Southeast Asia (ISEA) Regional Controller and functionally (as People Business Enabler) to ISEA Deputy General Manager for People Experience. Locally reports to Country Managing Director / President.
QUALIFICATIONS :
Certified Public Accountant
Solid experience in Controllership and Finance and handling the commercial side of the business.
Adequate knowledge and experience in People Experience (HR) and Admin functions.
Strong background in statutory compliance such as with BIR, SEC, DOLE, SSS, etc.
Knowledgeable in international financial reporting standards.
Purposeful-action taker, encourages transparency and challenges status quo in a constructive way.
Excellent communication skills with all levels of the organization and business community.
Working knowledge of Office 365 including MS Teams and Power BI.
