Security Specialist

The Security Specialist is responsible for overseeing and evaluating the performance of third-party security service providers and ensuring the protection of personnel, property, and information within the organization.

This role will collaborate closely with management to design, implement, and continuously improve strategic security controls and protocols.

The Security Specialist will also assess risks, lead incident investigations, and ensure compliance with relevant legal, regulatory, and company security standards.Minimum RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Criminology, Security Management, or any related fieldAt least 3–5 years of experience in security operations, preferably with exposure to industrial or manufacturing settingsHolder of a valid Security Officer License (SO) or Security Consultant Certification is an advantageBasic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) or Emergency Response Training (an advantage)Technical CompetenceExperience in managing or coordinating with third-party security providersKnowledge of physical security systems, emergency response planning, and incident reportingSecurity Operations ManagementCCTV and Security Systems
